Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram announces its annual summer camp for children between the ages of 6 and 14. The summer camp has been an annual feature since KYM’s inception and we are delighted to welcome children for an experience of Āsana, Prāṇāyāma, visualisation and chanting session.
Participants will be led through different Vinyāsa series, interwoven with static and dynamic movements, breath ratios and use of sounds and visualisation. The focus in our summer camp is to give children a holistic experience that integrates body and mind while also enabling some reflection and discussion through games and stories. Chants related to health and well-being for children will be included as part of the programme.
Participation certificate will be issued to the children at the end of the programme.
