At the heart of Yoga, lies the capacity to bring the mind to a state of attention, enabling fixity on a chosen object. An attentive mind is a mind capable of reflection and in paving the way for the creation of a mind that is capable of being one-pointed, the physiological, emotional and spiritual grounding and strengthening that results can have far reaching and favourable implications on an individual’s personal and professional life.

In this fully led practice, senior faculty of KYM, Nrithya Jagannathan integrates Prāṇāyāma, Mantra, Bhāvana and Nyāsam in an experiential practice that highlights the power of the subtle tools of Yoga.
