This Navarātri, we invite you to experience the Divine Mother in her many dimensions. Pravāha, a continuous flow offers a contemplative journey from the outer to the inner.

This journey begins From Āpaḥ, the all-pervading waters – the source and sustainer of all life.
Through purification, the waters restore harmony and prepare the ground for inner refinement.
As the flow becomes subtler, it is experienced as Prāṇa, the vital force that sustains life.
From this inner vitality arises Vāk, the power of expression and awareness.

As the journey unfolds, the flow becomes increasingly subtle: from nature to nourishment, from nourishment to life, from life to awareness and finally to the inner flow of wisdom and creative expression. The Divine Mother is experienced not as something separate from us, but as a continuous presence flowing through all of life.
