KYM brings to you a guided practice led by Ms. Sangeetha Kannan, senior faculty of KYM, focusing on the integration of static and dynamic aspects of Vinyāsa. While Āsana is one of the limbs of the Yoga-aṣṭāṅga, intended to slowly strengthen the body and refine the mind in preparation for Dhyānam, it is also possible to use Āsana itself as a tool to connect to and experience the dynamics of breath and movement in a meditative manner. This carefully designed led Āsana practice will offer participants the experience of multiple Vinyāsa sequences in progressive intensity, weaving within the flow of movements, breath ratios, chants, static elements and Bhāvana.

Video recordings will be made available for a limited period to all registered participants, the schedule of which will be shared.
