Sanskriti - A special Orientation Program for Non-resident Indian Nationals

The ancient tradition of yoga holds several valuable nuggets of information that help us lead healthier and more content lifestyles. This is especially significant in the modern-day context where high-stress jobs are the order of the day. Yoga gives us an array of practical tools that integrate ancient wisdom with modern living.

KYM announces a special orientation program for non-resident Indian nationals and their children, with the focus of achieving the dual purpose of revisiting the wisdom of ancient masters, while at the same time seamlessly integrating stress management techniques and practices into our lives.

This two week program, "Sanskriti" will comprise two groups – one for adults and the other for children.

Conveniently scheduled at a time when most schools in Europe and America are closed for summer, Sanskriti provides a fascinating glimpse into the practical wisdom of ancient India.

The children's group will have two sessions everyday from 11.30 am to 1.30 pm, comprising a dynamic and energizing asana practice, an introduction to techniques of conscious breathing and a presentation of theme and moral based stories from Indian mythology.
