1. Annual Summer Children Yoga program being conducted from May 18 - 29, 2009 (Final batch) between 7.30 – 9 am , Monday thru Friday.

2. Annual Summer Children Vedic Chanting program being conducted from May 18 - 29, 2009 (Final batch) between 4 – 4.50 pm, Monday thru Friday

3. Annual Summer Children Yoga program was conducted from May 4 - 15, 2009 (Second batch) between 7.30 – 9 am , Monday thru Friday.

4. Annual Summer Children Vedic Chanting program was conducted from May 4 - 15, 2009 (Second batch) between 4 – 4.50 pm, Monday thru Friday

5. 3 Days program for Tarak Institute of Banking Research was conducted between May 1 – 3, 2009 at Mahabalipuram.

6. L & T SDP program was conducted in IIT Campus between April 27 – May 2, 2009.

7. Annual Summer Children Yoga program was conducted from April 20 – May 1, 2009 at KYM (first batch) between 7.30 – 9 am, Monday thru Friday.

8. Annual Summer Children Vedic Chanting program was conducted from April 20 – May 1, 2009 (first batch) between 4 – 4.50 pm, Monday thru Friday.

9. Six month Childrens’ Program for the year 2008 – 09 concluded on March 21, 2009. Total Participants were 109. Certificates were issued to all the participants of all the levels namely Beginners Level 1 & 2 and Advance Level 1.

10. Health and Wellbeing Program for staff of HCL Guindy was conducted between March 9 – 20, 2009 at their Guindy facility.

11. Care for the Caregiver – Program for Homemakers – was conducted from 2nd March 2009 to 13th March 2009

12. Yoga Program of 18 classes was conducted for students of P S Senior Secondary School 19th January to 27th February, 2009. Forty children participated. An 18-class yoga program for student of the PS Matriculation School ended on 2nd March 2009 .

13. L & T Supervisory Development Program for their South Staff was conducted between February 16 – 21, 2009 at IIT Campus

14. Program for officers of Tarak Institute of Banking & Trade Union Research was conducted between February 15 – 19, 2009 at their Mahabalipuram premises.

15. Program for staff of Madras Cements, Chennai was conducted between 2nd and 13th February, 2009.

16. Program for staff of Equitas Micro Finance, chennai was conducted between 2nd and 6th February, 2009.

17. Yoga Program for Executive Cadre of Larsen & Toubro was conducted from 19th to 29th January 2009 for 28 participants.

Completed Projects: 2008

1. Yoga Program of 24 classes was conducted for students of P S Senior Secondary School from July - December 2008. 45 students took part.

2. Yoga Program for Supervisory Cadre of Larsen & Toubro was conducted between 15th and 20th December 2008 for 26 Participants.

3. Care for the Caregiver - a two-month advanced program for home-makers was conducted from 13th October to 10th December KYM. There were 11 participants in this program.

4. Care for the Caregiver - Level 1 - A One month Program for Homemakers – was conducted from 14th October to 8th November, 2008 for 10 participants. Classes were conducted thrice a week at KYM.

5. Yoga Program for Technical Executives of Larsen & Toubro was conducted from 13th to 23rd October 2008 for 24 participants.

6. Care for the Caregiver - Level 1 - A 10 day Program for Homemakers – was conducted from 25th August to 5th September 2008. 34 women participated.

7. Yoga Program for Software Engineers of Savvysoft Technologies, , Chennai was conducted from 4th to 18th August 2008. There were 17 particpants.

8. Yoga Program for Employees of Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (HUL), Chennai was conducted from 7th to 31st July 2008. 33 people participated.
