11.00 - 12.00 Noon	:	Mind Over Matter - Building Resilience Through Meditation
12.00 - 01.00 pm	:	Sacred Sounds of Ancient India by way of Vedic Chanting
Days	:	Monday – Friday

An individual can choose to enroll in all or any one of the three programs
