“Antargamanam- An Inward Journey” was a three-day retreat conceptualized and conducted by KYM at Maitreyi Vedic Village, an eco-friendly resort at the foothills of Annamalai hills near the Aliyar dam. The serene surroundings formed the prefect setting for this yoga retreat comprising asana, pranayama, Vedic chanting, lectures on spirituality and meditative practices. Thirteen participants from different walks of life participated in this programme. Following the success of this retreat, KYM proposes to offer more such retreats in future.
