Devi Dhyanam, a Navaratri programme that leads participants through a meditative experience using select Vedic chants.

The navaratri period marks an important cosmological shift that is believed to have very high vibrationary potential. Vedic mantra-s inherently possess these vibrations in their very intonations and can thus be effectively integrated within structured practices of asana, pranayama and visualization. The navaratri period represents the eternal conflict between dharma and adharma and also marks our own evolution as humans. Using these chants as a point of reference, this intensive aims at offering a subtle meditative experience to reflect and to revitalize ourselves.

Chants to be taught: Select excerpts from Durgasuktam, Srisuktam, Bhusuktam, Medhasuktam and Sraddhasuktam.
